Use HushTrace only for images you own, images depicting you, or images you are expressly authorized to protect. Do not use it to stalk people, search for strangers' intimate material, access private communities, bypass paywalls or authentication, or facilitate unlawful surveillance.

Do not upload intimate imagery depicting anyone under 18. Search and AI-detection results are probabilistic and incomplete. No-match results do not prove an image is absent from the internet.

Paid monitoring is recurring and remains subject to the PayPal subscription terms displayed during checkout.
